Refund or Exchange Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2018

Customers is restricted to apply for refund or exchange within seven days from the purchase date.
Return or exchange of products redeemed at Vice Versa office or through delivery arranged by Vice Versa is possible only for products covered by manufacturers’ warranties. 

1. Refund or exchange location

Refund or exchange of products will take place at the Vice Versa Office (8F, VIP Commercial Centre, 116-120 Canton Road, Tsui Sha Tsui, Kowloon, HK), on date and time arranged with Vice Versa Customer Support Team. 

2. Condition of exchange or refund 


2.1 Vice Versa reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange, if the product:

  • warranty is expired.

  • damages are caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorised       repair or being tempered with.

2.2 Vice Versa reserves the right to refuse return or exchange according to Vice Versa Refund Policy to conduct the refundment or exchange the product based on its model, style, price etc.
ALL Promotional items are not entitled for refund or exchange.

3. Refund issue


Refund are only acceptable before product delivered, we will charge admin fees for any refund process.
Vice Versa will not refund cash of the products is delivered to buyer (except nature malfunction), Vice Versa reserves the final right of any refund issue.

To apply for exchange of product or exchange, please send an email to  for prior appointment with stating :
-    the reference number/code of the receipt 
-    the reason why you apply for the refund or exchange
-    the package is existing or not
-    the available reserved time of refund or exchange
